Hola, I'm Catalina.
I believe that when we remember who we truly are, we transform our own lives—and from that place, we begin to transform the world around us.
I'm a woman, a life partner, a mother, educator, yoga teacher, doula, and a lifelong student of life. Born in Rosario, Argentina, I have spent much of my life living in different parts of the world before choosing Switzerland as the place I now call home.
For over fifteen years, I've been accompanying children, families, educators, and women through education, yoga, conscious movement, and spaces for deep connection. Along the way, I've come to understand that true transformation happens the moment we slow down to listen to ourselves, and reconnect with our bodies.
Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege of training and supporting hundreds of educators, families, and professionals around the world, sharing practices that cultivate presence, connection, and wellbeing.
And yet, my greatest teacher has always been life itself.
The path into motherhood transformed me in ways I could never have imagined. It invited me to soften, to trust the innate wisdom of the body, and to remember that accompanying someone isn't about leading the way—it's about holding a space where they feel safe enough to find their own.
That journey also inspired me to deepen my path as a Yoga-Doula, allowing me to support women through fertility and pregnancy with presence, respect, and deep trust in the intelligence of life.
Today, I primarily accompany women who feel called to come home to themselves. Women who long to live with greater authenticity, freedom, and presence. I don't believe my role is to give answers. I believe it's to create spaces where each woman can remember the wisdom that has always lived within her.
My commitment to children remains the heart of everything I do. I believe that when children grow up feeling seen, heard, respected, and free to be themselves, we plant the seeds for a more compassionate and conscious world.
What is "Yogar"?
Yogar is a word that was born from my own journey.
It weaves together three ideas that have become the foundation of my work.
Yoga means union—bringing together every part of ourselves with awareness and compassion.
Hogar means home—remembering that our first home is within us.
And jugar means to play—reclaiming the transformative power of living life with curiosity, joy, and the sense of wonder we were all born with.
To me, Yogar means feeling at home in your body.
Living in alignment with your essence.
Welcoming every paradox of yourself—with love.
The world doesn't need more perfect people.
It needs more authentic ones.
People with the courage to live from their truth and let their heart guide the way.
With love,
Catalina
My Journey
My journey has never followed a straight line. It has unfolded through movement, curiosity, change, and a deep desire to understand what helps us feel truly alive.
I began as an educator, accompanying children and families and learning to see the world through their honesty, imagination, and natural sense of wonder. They taught me that growth does not happen through pressure, but through safety, play, and meaningful connection.
Yoga later became a language through which I could listen more deeply—to the body, to emotion, and to the quiet wisdom that often gets lost in the noise of everyday life. Over the years, teaching and studying yoga opened the door to conscious movement, astrology, and the art of holding spaces where people can meet themselves without judgment.
Motherhood transformed that path again. It brought me closer to the mystery of the body and inspired me to deepen my work as a Yoga-Doula, supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, birth, and the tender transitions that surround becoming a mother.
Each chapter has shaped the way I work today. I bring together education, embodied practice, intuition, and lived experience to create spaces rooted in presence, trust, and authenticity.
I am still learning, still listening, and still allowing the path to reveal itself. For me, this is the journey: returning again and again to what is true, and helping others remember that they can do the same.
